In the old royal city of Fez, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its intact medina, a small palace has been transformed into an oasis of peace for people in need of relaxation with the comfort of a modern home.

It has been completely rebuilt with great sensitivity according to the Arabian rules of riad architecture using only traditional materials (sand, lime, brick, cedar wood, gypsum and marble) and time-honored craftsmanship techniques.

Natural climate control (without air conditioning) is achieved thanks to the terraces 180mm cork isolation, double-glazed windows and doors, and underfloor heating, which heats in winter and cools in summer.
